Ingredients:
2 cups mushrooms sliced
2 tsp oil
8 garlic chopped
1 inch ginger chopped
2 onions diced
1 capsicum diced
4 green chillies sliced
3 tsp chilli garlic sauce
4 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
Half tsp sugar
Salt
2 tsp cornstarch diluted in water
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok. Fry chopped garlic and chopped ginger till bown
- Add diced onions and fry till translucent.
- Add diced capsicum and green chillies and fry again.
- Add chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and vinegar. Mix well.
- Add the mushrooms and cook till they become soft.
- Add cornstarch and little water and make a gravy.
