Orange Sheera


Ingredients:
1 cup fine rawa
2 cups boiling water 
2 medium oranges
1 cup sugar
Handful of chopped cashews
3 tbsp ghee
2 tsp cardamom powder

Method :


  • Peel the oranges. Remove the seeds from the wedges and deskin it. 
  • Heat ghee in a kadai. Add the chopped cashews and fry till brown. 
  • Add the rawa and fry till you get a nice aroma. 
  • Add the orange. Mix well. Add boiling water and sugar. Cover and cook till the rawa is cooked. Add cardamom powder and serve hot
