Ingredients:
1.5 cups pumpkin chunks
2 green chillies
Salt
2 tsp curds
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ghee
Half tsp mustard seeds
Half tsp cumin seeds
Few curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Method:
- Boil the pumpkin with green chillies and salt. Allow it to cool. Drain water and coarsely mash it with your fingers.
- Add sugar and curds. Add salt again if required.
- Heat ghee in a kadai. Add mustars seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Add this to the pumpkin mixture. Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves
