Ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup ghee
Pinch of salt
2.5 to 3 cups all purpose flour
Oil to deep fry
Method:
- Mix the sugar, water, salt and ghee in a big bowl. Now add the maida gradually till it forms a stiff dough. You may need more or less than 3 cups of flour. So do not add all at once.
- Immediately divide the dough into balls and roll out each ball 2 mm thick. Cut into desired shapes using a pizza cutter or knife. Deep fry in medium hot oil till it turns golden brown. Store in airtight container
