Ingredients:
2 cups grated beetroot
2 tbsp ghee + 1 tsp ghee to roast the nuts
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup nuts (cashew, almond, pista)
1 tsp cardamom powder
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan and roast the nuts the brown. Keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a nonstick pan and fry the grated beetroot for 5 minutes. Now add the milk and let it boil. Cook till the milk evaporates.
- Now add sugar and condensed milk. Mix well and cook till it becomes a mass.
- Now add the nuts and cardamom powder and serve warm or cold
