Ingredients:
3 cups Raw rice
3/4 cup Poha or beaten rice
1/4 cup Urad dal
1.5 tbsp Sabudana/sago
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
3/4 cup Curds
1 tsp baking Soda
Salt
Method:
- Soak urad dal, rice, sabudana and fenugreek seeds for 5-6 hrs.
- Add washed poha and grind with curds and water. Add salt and baking soda. Keep overnight to ferment.
- Make thick dosas frying on both sides
