Mango Coconut Laddoo


Ingredients :

1 cup grated coconut
3/4 cup mango pulp
2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar (optional)
Pistachios or cashews to garnish

Method:


  • In a non stick kadai add the coconut and roast till it becomes dry. Do not make it brown. 
  • Add the mango pulp and keep stirring till it becomes thick. 
  • Add the milkmaid and sugar (optional) and keep stirring till it becomes thick and forms a dough. 
  • Add the cardamom powder and remove from flame. Allow to cool. 
  • When it is a little warm apply little ghee to your palms and make laddoos. Garnish with nuts
