Microwave Chocolate Cake


Ingredients:

1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking soda

3/4 cup sugar 
1/2 cup oil
2 tblsp condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup milk 


Method:
  • In a bowl mix the dry ingredients - flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and sugar. 
  • In other bowl whisk the wet ingredients - oil, vanilla, milk and condensed milk
  • Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased microwave proof bowl.
  • Microwave for 6-7 mins on high
  • The cooking time may vary. Keep checking every 2 minutes. 
  • Insert a skewer to check if ready. Once the skewer comes out clean, keep the cake aside and let it cool completely
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or drizzle with chocolate syrup
