Chicken Ghee Roast


Ingredients :

Chicken- 1 kg
Kashmiri red chillies- 10-12
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp jeera
8 garlic flakes
 2 cloves
8 cashews (soaked in warm water for 10 mins)
Salt
Ghee- 4 tbsp
Kasoori Methi- 2 tsp (crushed-optional)

Method :

Soak red chillies  in warm water for an hour
Grind it along coriander seeds,   jeera, garlic flakes,  cloves and cashews into a very fine paste.
Marinate the chicken with this paste and salt for 2-3 hrs. Keep it in the refrigerator
Heat  ghee in a large pan, add the chicken and cook till done. Finally add crushed kasoori methi
