Mangalore Buns



Ingredients :

2 big overripe Bananas
Half cup sugar
1 tsp salt

2 tsp jeera
1.5 tsp baking soda
1 and a half cups sour curds
1 cup wheat flour
2 cups maida

Oil to deep fry

Method :

Mash the banana. Add sugar, salt, jeera, baking soda and curds. Mix well. Add maida and wheat flour and knead a soft dough. Keep it overnight in a warm place. Divide the dough into 15 equal sized balls. Roll a thick puri and deep fry
