Soya Chunks Methi Masala


Ingredients:

Soya chunks- 2 cups
Chopped onions- 2
Chopped tomatoes- 2
Cashew- 8 (soaked in warm water for 10 mins and ground to a smooth paste)
Jeera pdr- 1 tsp
Coriander pdr- 1 tsp
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
2 tsp garam masala pdr
3 tspn red chilli pdr.
Kasoori methi - 3 tsp

Method :

Boil the soya chunks with a pinch of salt for 15-20 mins. Squeeze the water and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions and tomatoes. Add cashew paste,  jeera pdr,  dhania pdr,  haldi pdr, garam masala pdr and chilli pdr. Add the soya chunks and salt. You may add water if required. Finally add  kasoori methi and serve hot with chapathis
