Vegetable Noodles with Chilli Garlic Sauce


Ingredients:

1 packet noodles
2 onions sliced
Half cup sliced cabbage
Half cup sliced carrot
Half cup sliced capsicum
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp chilli sauce
Salt

Method :

Boil the noodles till 80% done. Strain it. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a wok or a large nonstick pan. Add onions and saute for 5 mins. Add the other vegetables and saute for 5 mins. Let it remain a bit crunchy.
Add the boiled noodles. Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce and salt. Toss it. 

Chilli Garlic Sauce

10 kashmiri red chillies
3 tsp vinegar
1 pod garlic
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
Salt

Soak red chillies in warm water for 15 mins. Grind it with the other ingredients. Do not add water. U can store this in the refrigerator for 2-3 months.
While serving add little water and heat it on medium flame for 5 mins.
