Egg Roll


Ingredients:

3 eggs
4 onions sliced
3 tsp chat masala
Salt
2 tsp pepper pdr
1.5 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup tomato ketchup

Method :

Slice the onions. Sprinkle chat masala and a little salt. mix well. Keep aside
Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper pdr.
Make chapathi dough. Roll a chapathi. Heat oil in a pan. Place the chapathi. Spread some egg on it and flip it. Cook for 2 mins. Remove it on a plate. Spread some tomato ketchup on the inner side (where the egg was applied) Place some onions. Roll it. Serve with tomato ketchup
