Krackjack Custard


Ingredients:

750 ml Milk
8 tbsp custard pdr vanilla flavour
3/4 cup suagr
2 packets of krackjack biscuits
1/2 cup chocolate sauce

Method :

Boil the milk. Add sugar and custard pdr. Keep stirring on a medium flame till the mixture becomes thick. Add more custard pdr if the custard is not thick. Allow it to cool.
Neatly arrange Krackjack biscuits in a square tray. Pour some custard over it. Pour some chocolate sauce too. Again place another layer of Biscuits-custard-sauce. Make 3 or 4 layers. And finally top it with lots of chocolate sauce. Keep it in the freezer for an hr to set.

Note- The custard must be very thick otherwise the biscuits will float
