Prawns Balchao


Ingredients:

10 garlic flakes
1 inch ginger
1 tsp jeera
12-15 kashmiri red chillies
2 cloves
Half inch cinnamon
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp vinegar
2 chopped onion
1 big chopped tomato
Half kg prawns
Salt
1 tsp sugar

Method :

Grind garlic flakes, ginger, jeera,  red chillies, cloves, cinnamon, mustard seeds and vinegar into a fine paste.
Heat oil. Fry some chopped onions till brown. Add chopped tomatoes and fry till they become mushy. Add the paste and fry for 2-3 mins. Add the prawns, salt and sugar and cook till done on a low flame.
