Spicy Bhindi Sabji (Okra)


Ingredients:

Half kg okra (bhindi)
6 garlic flakes
1 big sliced onions
1 chopped tomato
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp jeera pdr
Salt


Method :

Wash and pat dry Okra. Cut into desired shape
Saute some garlic in a oil. Add sliced onions and fry till they turn brown.  Add finely chopped tomatoes.  Fry for sometime.  Add red chilli pdr and jeera pdr.  Add the bhindi and salt and cook till done
