Aalu matar and Puri


Ingredients:
2 potatoes boiled and cut into cubes
1 cup boiled green peas
2 tsp oil
2 sliced onion
1 chopped tomato
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Half tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
Half tsp coriander powder
Half tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
3 tsp kasoori methi
6 cashews
Salt
Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Saute onions till brown. Add chopped tomato and fry till mushy. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a min. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and kasoori methi. Fry for 2 mins. Allow it to cool. Grind it along with the cashews into a smooth paste.
Transfer it in a kadai. Add the boiled potatoes, green peas, salt, and water and bring it to a boil. Garnish with coriander leaves
