Babycorn Butter Masala


Ingredients :
10 babycorn boiled
1/2 cup green peas boiled
2 tsp Butter
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
2 slit green chillies
5 almonds roughly chopped
5 cashews
2 tsp kasoori methi
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt
Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:
Heat butter in a pan. Fry chopped onions, chopped tomatoes. Add the green chillies and fry for a while. Add the almonds, cashews and kasoori methi. Mix well. Allow it to cool. Grind it into a smooth paste.

Transfer it in a kadai. Add red chilli pdr, garam masala pdr, turmeric pdr, salt. Add the boiled babycorn and green peas and  water and cook for 5 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves
