Cheesy Macaroni


Ingredients:
2 cups Macaroni
2 tbsp butter
1 chopped onion
5 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp crushed peppercorns
Salt
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 tbsp maida

Method:
Cook Macaroni in boiling water for 6-7 mins. Drain. Pour cold water and drain again. Keep aside.
Heat butter in a pan. Add the chopped onions and garlic. Saute for a min. Add mushrooms, salt and cook till mushrooms become soft. Add milk, Oregano, chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns and grated cheese. Add maida mixed in little water to make the sauce thick.. Finally toss in the macaroni and mix well
