Crispy Corn Chaat


Ingredients:
2 cups sweet corn kernels
3 tbsp oil
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
Salt
2 tsp chaat masala
Juice of 1 small lemon
Coriander leaves

Method:
Boil corn kernels for 10 mins. Drain water
Heat oil in a pan. Add the kernels and shallow fry till it becomes crisp. Be careful while doing this as the kernels may burst.
Mix it with chopped onion, tomato, salt, chaat masala, lemon juice and coriander leaves
