Egg Ghee Roast


Ingredients:
6 eggs
10 Kashmiri red chillies
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
4 garlic cloves
2 cloves
5 cashews (soaked in warm water for 10 mins)
1 tbsp ghee
Salt
2 tsp kasoori methi

Method:
Boil the Eggs. Cut them into halves. Keep aside
Soak red chillies  in warm water for half an hour
Grind the red chillies along with coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic ,  cloves and cashews into a very fine paste.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry the masala till ghee leaves the masala. Add the boiled eggs. Mix well. finally add kasoori methi
