Eggless Chocolate Cake

She says this is one of the best cakes she has baked, which is sooo true !! My kid loves this chocolate cake! It is so chocolatey and moist. Make sure you use the best quality cocoa powder. I have used Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder here. 


Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Maida 
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
pinch of salt 
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil 
1 tsp Vanilla essence 
2 tsp Vinegar


Method:
Preheat the oven to 180'c for 5 mins .
Mix all the dry ingredients maida. sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a bowl and keep aside. Add Vinegar to milk and leave in for 2 minutes. Stir in oil. Add vanilla essence. Mix. Now mix the dry ingredients with wet ingredients and whip the batter well with the help of electric beater. Pour the batter in a greased tray and bake for 30 mins or till a toothpic inserted comes out clean
