Horsegram Idli


Ingredients:
Half measure Horse Gram
Half measure Urad dal
1.5 measure Idli Rawa
Salt

Method:
Wash and soak urad dal and horsegram sepatately for 3-4 hrs. Grind them separately. Mix both the batters. Do not add much water. Add the idli rawa and keep it to ferment overnight. Add salt in the morning and steam it in idli moulds.
