Kaju Badam Peda


Ingredients:
1 cup besan/gram flour
1 cup milk
1 cup ghee
1 cup coarsely ground cashews
1 cup coarsely ground almonds 
2.5 cups sugar

Method:
Dry roast  besan till it leaves aroma. To this add milk, ghee, coarsely ground cashews, coarsely ground almonds and sugar. Keep stirring on a medium flame till the mixture becomes very thick and forms a lump. Remove on a greased plate. Allow it to cool and make pedas and decorate with Almonds or cashews. Store in an airtight container
