Seer Fish Masala Fry 2


Ingredients:
3 slices Seer Fish
3 tbsp red chilli powder
Half tbsp turmeric powder
Salt
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp pepper powder
Juice of one lemon
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 sprig curry leaves
Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:
Clean the fish and pat it dry with a tissue paper
Marinate fish with a paste of red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, lemon juice and rice flour for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves and the fish. Add a little water and cook covered on a low flame. garnish with Coriander leaves
