Paneer Burji


Ingredients:
200 gms Paneer crumbled
2 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped capsicum
2 tsp red chilli powder
Half tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Half tsp coriander powder
Salt
Coriander leaves

Method:

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add cumin seeds and chopped onions. Fry till onions become translucent.
  • Add the chopped tomato and chopped capsicum. Fry till tomato becomes mushy .
  • Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder. Fry for a while. 
  • Add crumbled paneer, salt and 3-4 tsp of water. Cover and cook on a low heat till done. Garnish with coriander leaves
