Paneer Parantha


Ingredients:
 For the stuffing:
      2 cups crumbled Paneer
      2 tsp cumin powder
      2 tsp coriander powder
      Salt to taste
      1 tsp chaat masala
      3 tsp red chilli powder or 2 green chilies chopped
      2 tsp kasoori methi
      1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
      2 tsp garam masala powder

For the dough :
      3 cups wheat flour
      Salt
      2 tsp oil
      1 tsp sugar

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients mentioned under 'stuffing'. Keep aside
  • Make a soft dough using wheat flour, oil, salt and sugar. Cover and keep for 15 minutes
  • Divide the dough and stuffing into equal balls. 
  • Roll each dough ball into 4 inch diameter circles. Place the stuffing. Pinch the edges and Roll a parantha. Fry on both sides till brown
