Prawn Rawa Fry


Ingredients:
10 king size prawns
3 tbsp besan/ gram flour
1 tsp rice flour
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt
3 tbsp fine rawa
2-4 tbsp oil

Method:
Apply besan, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt to the prawns and keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Heat oil in a frying pan. Roll the marinated prawns in Fine rawa and shallow fry
