Beetroot Pulav


Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil/ghee
2 onions sliced
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 green chillies sliced
2 small beetroot chopped
2 tsp kitchen king masala/garam masala 
2 cups Basmati rice
4 cups water
Salt
Coriander leaves

Method:

  • Heat oil/ghee ina pressure cooker. 
  • Add sliced onions and fry them till translucent. 
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off. 
  • Add green chillies and chopped beetroot. Fry well. 
  • Add kitchen king masala/garam masla powder. 
  • Add Basmati rice and water. Add salt and coriander leaves. 
  • Pressure cook it for 15 mins (3 whistles)
