Open Dosa


Ingredients:
1 cup dosa rice
Half cup red rice
3/4 cup urad dal
Salt

Method:

  • Soak dosa rice and urad dal together for 4-5 hours
  • Soak red rice in a separate bowl for 5-6 hours
  • Grind both of them separately. Mix both the batters and allow it to ferment for 7-8 hours
  • Add salt and make thick dosas by frying it on one side only
