Simple Egg Curry


Ingredients:
6 boiled eggs cut into halves
2 tsp oil
2 onions chopped
5 garlic cloves
3 green chillies
2 tomatoes chopped
Half bunch of coriander leaves roughly chopped
5 cashews
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt
2 tsp kasoori methi

Method:

  • Heat oil in a kadai
  • Add the chopped onions. Fry for a while. 
  • Add garlic, green chillies, chopped tomatoes and fry till tomatoes become soft. 
  • Add coriander leaves and cashews. 
  • Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix well. Allow it to cool and grind it. Make a fine paste. 
  • Transfer in a kadai. Bring to a boil. Add boiled eggs, salt and crushed kasoori methi. Mix well and serve with rotis
