Bread Rotti / Parantha

Ingredients:

Half cup maida
1 cup wheat flour
Half tsp chilli powder
Salt

For the filling:
   3 bread slices
   1 onion chopped
   1 tsp chilli powder
   Salt
   Oil

Method:

  • Mix maida, whaet flou, salt and chilli powder. Add water and make a stiff dough. Keep aside
  • Chop the bread slices finely.
  • Mix the bread, onion, salt and chilli powder and mash it
  • Divide the mixture into equal sized balls
  • Roll out the dough into a small circle. Place the stuffing and seal the edges.
  • Roll out a thick paratha and cook on a tawa on both sides
