Murg Musallam



Ingredients :

Chicken- Half kg
Onion- 2 sliced
Tomato - 3 pureed
Sugar- 1tsp
Milk- 1/4 cup

To be ground to a smooth paste :
Onion-1
Red chilli pdr- 3 tsp
Ginger- 1/2 inch piece
Garlic- 7 flakes
Cinnamon- 1/2 inch stick
Cardamom- 2
Cloves-2
Jeera- 1 tsp
Kasoori methi-1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method :

Marinate chicken with the ground paste.
Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hrs.
Heat oil/ghee in a pan. Saute  sliced onions till brown. Add the chicken. Mix well. Add tomato puree ,  sugar,   milk and water if required.
Cook till done
