Aloo Parantha


Ingredients:

3 boiled potatoes mashed
2 finely chopped onions
2 finely chopped green chillies
3 tsp amchur pdr
Salt
2 tsp jeera pdr
2 cups wheat flour to make dough

Method :

Mix all the above ingredients except wheat flour. Mash it properly.
Make equal sized balls
Roll a small chapathi. Keep the filling at the centre. Seal the edges and roll again. Fry on a tawa with oil. Serve with pickles and curds/ chutney
