Ingredients:
1 packet babycorn
1/2 cup hung curd
Salt
1 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chat masala
Method :
Boil baby corn in salt water for 15 mins. Drain water completely.
Apply the remaining ingredients to the babycorn and keep it for 30 mins.
Shallow fry on a tawa till brown.
