Ingredients:
2 cups Basmati rice
2 tbsp oil
4 sliced onions
2 sliced capsicum
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp soya sauce
3 tsp pepper pdr
Salt
Method :
Soak Basmathi rice for 15 mins and cook it till done. Drain the water. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Saute sliced onions for 5 mins. Add sliced capsicum. Fry for 5 mins. Add ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce, bklack pepper pdr and salt. . Add the rice and mix well.
