Ingredients:
1.5 cups dosa rice
1/2 cup urad dal
1/2 tsp methi seeds
1 cup puffed rice (charmuri)
A pinch of baking soda
Salt
Method :
Soak Rice, urad dal, methi seeds 6-7 hrs. Grind it along with puffed rice (soaked in water for 10 mins). Allow it to ferment overnight.
Add baking soda and salt in the morning. Serve with chutney
