Ingredients:
2 chopped tomatoes
2 tsp jeera
1 big chopped onion
Salt
1 tsp jeera pdr
1 tsp coriander pdr
1 tsp turmeric pdr
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Wheat flour 1.5 cups
Method :
Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera. Add finely chopped onions and fry for 3 min. Now add chopped tomatoes and salt and cook till it becomes mushy. Then add dhania-jeera powder, haldi powder, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
Incorporate wheat flour and knead a soft dough. Allow it to rest for 15 mins and then make paranthas.
