Ingredients:
1.5 cups Dosa rice
Half cup urad dal
Salt
A pinch of Baking soda
Method :
Soak Dosa rice and urad dal together for 5-6 hrs. Grind it into a smooth paste. It has to be thick. Allow it to ferment overnight.
Add salt and baking soda in the morning and make appos in the appo kadai.
Serve it with the chutney of your choice.
