Ingredients:
1 kg chicken cut into bit sized pieces
15-20 green chillies slit lengthwise (Increase or reduce according to spice tolerance level)
1.5 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Method:
Heat oil and sauté the green chillies . Fry this on sim to medium flame till the green chillies turn a light green colour. Add the chopped ginger and the chicken pieces and turmeric powder. Add salt to taste and cook till done. Dissolve the cornstarch in 1/4 cup water and add to the cooked chicken and boil till it thickens to desired consistency
