Ingredients:
2 Bittergourd
12 slit green chillies
15 bimbul / bilimbi
1/2 cup jaggery
15 garlic cloves
Salt
Method:
Scrape the skin of bittergourd and cut it into 1/2 inch pieces. Wash properly. Drain the water. Apply salt and keep for an hour. Squeeze out the water and pressure cook it along with green chillies and Bimbul.
Transfer into a pan. Add jaggery and salt and bring it to a boil. Season it with garlic
