Chicken Mughlai


Ingredients :

For the Marinade:
   Chicken- Half kg
   2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
   2 tsp red chilli powder
   Half tsp turmeric powder
   Salt

For the Gravy:
    8 cashews
    4 garlic 
    1/2 tsp jeera
    2 cloves
    6 dry red chillies
    small piece of ginger
    small piece of cinnamon 
    2 cardamom
    2 chopped onions
    1 chopped tomato
    Salt
    1 tsp Lemon juice
    Half cup Fresh Cream
    Coriander leaves to Garnish

Method :
Marinate Chicken with salt, Ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hrs.
Grind cashew, garlic, jeera, cloves, red chillies, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom into a smooth paste.

Heat oil. Fry chopped onions. Add the ground paste n fry for 2 mins. Add chopped tomato n fry for sometime. Add the chicken and salt. Add enough water. Cook till done. Add lemon juice, cream and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves
