Ingredients:
1/4 cup curry leaves
3 green chillies
2 tbsp grated coconut
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp hing
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 cup peanuts
1.5 cups cooked rice
Salt
Juice of half lemon
Coriander leaves to garnish
Method:
Put curry leaves, green chillies, grated coconut and cumin seeds in a blender. Add little water and make a fine paste.
Heat oil in a big kadai. Add mustard seeds. When it begins to splutter add the peanuts, hing and turmeric powder. When peanuts begin to change colour put the cooked rice and salt. Mix well. Finally add the lemon juice and coriander leaves
