Ingredients:
1 cup frozen or fresh green peas
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 small chopped potato
2 chopped onion
1 cup grated coconut
4 round red chllies
marble sized tamarind
Salt
Method:
Pressure cook green peas, cauliflower, potato and half chopped onion.
Grind coconut, tamarind and red chillies into a smooth paste
Add the ground masala to the boiled vegetables. Add salt, little water and let it boil.
Fry the remaining chopped onions in little oil till dark brown and add it to the curry.
