Tuppa/ Ghee Roast Dosa


Ingredients:
1.5 cups urad dal
3/4 cup dosa rice
Half cup Maida
Salt
2 tsp sugar
Half tsp baking soda

Method:
Soak urad dal and rice for 4-5 hours. Grind it and allow to ferment overnight,
Mix maida in 2 cups of water and leave for an hour. 
Discard the water from maida and mix it with the batter. Add salt, sugar and baking soda and make a thick batter, Make thick dosas using ghee and fry on both sides till it becomes golden and crisp. Serve with chutney of your choice
