Ingredients :
3/4 measure Dosa Rice
1/4 measure urad dal
2 tbsp Chana Dal
2 tbsp Toor dal
1/2 tsp methi seeds
1/4 measure Poha/beaten rice
Salt
Method:
Soak rice, urad dal, chana dal, toor dal and methi seeds for 5 hours. Grind it with soaked beaten rice into a smooth batter.
Ferment overnight.
Add salt and make thin and crispy dosa and serve with potato sabji and chutney
