Ingredients :
1 packet Mushrooms cut into quarters
6 Cashews
2 green chillies
4 garlic cloves
Half inch ginger piece
Half bunch of coriander leaves
2 medium onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
Half tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Half tsp coriander powder
Half tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt
1/4 cup fresh cream
Method:
Soak Cashews in warm water. Grind it along with green chillies, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves.
Heat oil. saute onions. Add tomatoes and fry for 5 min. Add turmeric pdr, garam masala pdr,coriander powder, cumin pdr, red chilli pdr. Mix well. Add the ground paste, little water, salt and the mushrooms. Cook till mushrooms are done. Finally add cream and serve hot with Rotis
