Ingredients:
2 cups Dosa rice
1 cup grated coconut
Salt
Butter as required
Method:
Soak dosa rice for 4-5 hours and grind it with grated coconut into a very fine batter.
Add enough water and make a very thin batter. It must be watery. Add salt.
Heat a Tawa (preferably an iron tawa). Apply butter and pour the batter. Cover and cook on one side only. Serve with chutney of your choice or You can have this with honey or jaggery syrup too !
