Ingredients:
1.5 cups Dosa rice
5 tbsp maida
6 tbsp Fine rawa
Cashew bits (optional)
2 chopped green chillies
2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt
1 chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp grated coconut(optional)
Method:
Soa Dosa rice for 5-6 hrs and grind it. Make a very smooth and thin batter.
To this add maida, fine rawa, cashew bits, chopped green chillies, jeera, salt, chopped onion, Coriander leaves, grated coconut and enough water. The batter must be very watery. Pour a ladle full on a very hot tawa and swirl the tawa till the batter is completely spread. Put some oil and cook on both sides till crisp
