Prawn Phanna Upkari


Ingredients:
Half kg Prawns cleaned
3 chopped onion
5 tsp red chilli powder
3 tsp tamarind pulp
Salt
3 tsp coconut oil

Method:
Heat oil in a kadai. Fry the chopped onions till dark brown. Add red chilli powder and tamarind pulp and fry for 2 mins. Add the prawns, salt and cook till prawns become soft.
